A folder of PDFs is not a client history you can use. Upload them onto the client and each file becomes a real session note, with the original still attached.
Years of history usually arrive as files: a PDF per note, a Word document, or a photo of a page from a paper file. Drop them onto the client, pick the session each one belongs to, and every file becomes a real session note with its text on the page rather than an attachment nobody can read. Word documents and typed PDFs are read on the platform itself, and only a scan or handwriting needs character recognition. The original file stays with the note, and because the text is now a note like any other, it counts towards the session brief that catches you up before the next appointment.
