One session is not always one price. Charge differently for sessions held in person, keep private rates for students, insurers or long-standing clients, and put each person on the price you agreed, all on one service.
Most practices charge the same session at more than one price. In person costs more than online, a student pays less, an insurer pays its own figure, and long-standing clients stay on the price they started on. Until now each of those meant a separate service, and a settings page full of near-identical copies to keep in step. A service can now hold every one of those prices at once. Give it a price for sessions held in person and clients see that figure the moment they choose how to meet, and that is what they pay. Add private rates for the arrangements you make with particular people, put a client or supervisee on the one you agreed with them, and every session of that service is priced at it from then on. Those rates stay between you and them, as nothing private is ever shown publicly. Change a figure later and the sessions still ahead of you follow it, apart from the ones you have already invoiced, and anyone on a private rate keeps the price you promised.
